The Telugu web series ‘Loser 2’ was released on ZEE5 on January 21 this year. Season 2 of the Telugu web series Loser, streaming on Zee5, starts soon after air rifle shooter Suri Yadav (Priyadarshi Pulikonda) wins the national championship. He gets a job through sports quota but soon starts facing barbs. Rubi (Kalpika Ganesh) ditches her husband and starts planning for her divorce. Wilson (Sashankh) comes out of his trauma and begins planning to help his son become a fast bowler. The web series is all about the difficulties these three face and come through them.
Loser 2 has struck a chord with the viewers and now this time SS Rajamouli showered praise on Loser 2 and appreciated the performance of Sashank.
Sashank himself confirmed the same on social media sites and said, “I thank SS Rajamouli sir for watching and appreciating the web series and my performance. Honored that he found the mannerisms and nuanced portrayal of the old Wilson impressive. The dressing room scene in the climax episode of the series where Wilson motivates John to never give up is Rajamouli sir’s favorite.”
Loser 2 is helmed by Abhilash Reddy. The web drama also has Priyadarshi and Kalpika Ganesh in key roles.
