Performance: The performances are pitch-perfect with Pawan Kalyan leading the way. Once again Power Star Pawan Kalyan steals the show with his terrific performance. The action, body language and sentiments in the movie, portrayed by Pawan Kalyan needs a lot of applause. Nivetha Thomas delivered a good performance. Anjali is ok as well. Prakash Raj as the antagonist is fine. Shruti Haasan in the flashback portion is good. Rest of the cast of Vakeel Saab perform accordingly.
Technical: The dialogues of Vakeel Saab are good and the production value is rich. The music by Thaman is impressive. The action sequences are choreographed well. The fight sequences are totally meant to elicit claps and whistles from the movie lovers. The cinematography by PS Vinod is breath-taking and he captured the visual in a very interesting way. Editing is good. The interval episode of Vakeel Saab has a political touch.
Analysis: Pawan Kalyan starrer Vakeel Saab sledgehammers the message that when a woman says no, it means only one thing. No grabbing. No forcing.. It underlines a woman’ freedom to her own se*xuality. Hearing the phrase ‘Are you a virgin’ in a Tollywood film is Fantastic. Underlining a woman’s freedom to own her s*xuality? Priceless.
