Kangana Ranaut has worked with Young Rebel Star Prabhas for Ek Niranjan and currently the actress is active in Bollywood and busy in the shoot of her upcoming movie Mental Hai Kya? According to the latest buzz in the film industry, Kangana Ranaut has thrown the director out of the project and has decided to helm.
After the controversy involving Kangana Ranaut and National award winning director Krish over taking director’s credit on Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi, it was being speculated that she is the person responsible behind the delay in her next film titled Mental Hai Kya. The Sources had claimed that Kangana Ranaut is no longer satisfied with just being an actress on her sets, she wants to participate in every aspect of movie’ evolution. Kangana Ranaut apparently wanted reshoot a few sequences of the film.
The sources say that when Kangana saw the footage, she was not happy with the way her role had shaped up. She also felt that her co-star Rajkummar Rao stole many of the scenes. So she decided to reshoot few scenes. Sources say this is the reason why the release of the film has been postponed several times.
But on the otherside, the director Prakash Kovelamudi has refuted the rumors, saying that the film Mental Hai Kya has been shot without any negativity.
