We have already reported that Shankar of 2.0 fame is collaborating with Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh for an upcoming Hindi film which is a remake of Anniyan. The film Anniyan (Aparichitudu in Telugu) revolved around a perfectionist named Ambi (Vikram). The film will be remade in Hindi with Ranveer Singh, which will be helmed by Shankar and bankrolled by veteran producer Jayantilal Gada. Now according to the latest buzz in the film industry, Shankar has approached Bollywood actress Kiara Advani to play the female lead in Ranveer Singh starrer Anniyan remake. The Hindi remake will star Ranveer Singh in the role originally played by Vikram.
Kiara Advani is a well known face for the Telugu people as she made her debut in Tollywood with the movie Bharat Ane Nenu- BAN starring Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu.
Kiara Advani has huge popularity in South and North India and her presence in this remake will be an added advantage. Let’s wait for the official announcement regarding the inclusion of Kiara Advani in this remake.
Recently during the media interaction, Shankar said that he was thrilled to make Anniyan for the pan-Indian audience and he was confident that this powerful story would strike a chord in the hearts of all.
