Bollywood actress and Shah Rukh Khan‘s long time friend Juhi Chawla came forward in the Mumbai Sessions Court to sign Aryan Khan’ bail surety of Rs 1 lakh. Bombay High Court granted bail to Aryan Khan, the son of Shah Rukh Khan, with a Rs 1 lakh bond, as per the orders issued on Friday. Justice N W Sambre, who signed the order, asked the star kid Aryan Khan and the two other accused to furnish one or more surety and not leave Mumbai or India without the permission of NCB investigating officer.
In the bail order, Mumbai High court said: Aryan Khan cannot leave Mumbai without informing the police and has to appear before the Narcotics Control Bureau – NCB every Friday. Though the star kid was granted bail on Thursday by the Bombay High Court in the drugs on cruise case but he spent two nights in jail as his bail papers missed the 5:30 pm deadline on Friday after an anxious wait that went down to seconds.
Around 11 am, surrounded by security men, Aryan Khan walked out of Arthur Road Jail, got into a waiting white Range Rover and was driven away.
Mukul Rohatgi, former Attorney General of India, fought for Shah Rukh Khan’ son Aryan Khan’s bail in the High Court for three days.
