Lady superstar Nayantara, who was last seen in RJ Balaji and NJ Saravanan’s Mookuthi Amman, has been approached to play the crucial role in Megastar Chiranjeevi starrer upcoming Telugu film which is a remake of Lucifer. The Telugu version of Lucifer will be helmed by Mohan Raja. Though the Lucifer remake has been launched recently but till date, the makers did not make any official announcement regarding Nayantara’ inclusion.
The reports are coming that the makers of the Lucifer remake have approached Nayantara. But Darbar actress is yet to give her confirmation. That is the main reason, director Mohan Raja has not announced Nayantara’ name yet. So the wait is increasing for Chiranjeevi.
It is also being heard that Nayantara is all set to tie the knot with her boy friend Vignesh Shiva very soon . So it could be a reason, she is not giving a nod to Mohan Raja for Lucifer remake.
Nayantara had earlier worked with Mohan Raja in Thani Oruvan and Velaikaran. She has also worked with Chiranjeevi in Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy.
The Telugu remake of Lucifer was launched recently in Hyderabad. It will be jointly bankrolled by Konidela Productions and NV Prasad, and the film also has Satya Dev Kancharana reprising Tovino Thomas’ role.
