The popular singer, lyricist, director and actor Arunraja Kamaraj is known for working in South Indian movies. According to the latest report, Arunraja Kamaraj’s wife has passed away due to Coronavirus. She took her last breath on Sunday.
It is being heard that Arunraja Kamaraj’ wife was hospitalized after she was infected by the contagion. The sources say that the treatments failed to revive her. Condolences have been pouring in for Arunraja Kamaraj on Twitter.
Arunraja Kamaraj is known for his works as lyricist in films such as Theri, Jigarthanda, Pencil and Kabali. He made his debut as an actor with the movie Raja Rani and he made his screen presence as Neruppu Kumar in the film Maan Karate. He has also crooned the song “Neruppu Da” in Kollywood superstar Rajinikanth starrer Kabali.
Arunraja Kamaraj made his directorial debut with the sport based drama Kanaa starring starring Aishwarya Rajesh, Sathyaraj, and Darshan, with Sivakarthikeyan in a supporting role, which was released in 2018.
Telangana has seen gradual dip in daily coronavirus cases over the past few days with recoveries outnumbering the fresh cases. On Sunday, Telangana recorded 3,816 cases of Coronavirus, while 5,892 people recovered. The Telangana state also reported 27 deaths in the past 24 hours.
