Government of India divided 170 districts under Red Zone, 207 districts as White Zone and 353 unaffected districts as Green Zone. On Monday, India’ Prime Minister Narendra Modi said, this means that 353 districts could see restrictions being lifted after 20th April if they continue to record no +ive Coronavirus cases. But the lockdown will not be lifted in the 170 districts marked as Red Zones. These include districts in few cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, Chandigarh, Srinagar, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Nagpur, Pune, Indore, among others.

Red Zone area in Telangana: Jogulamba Gadwal, Nizamabad, Hyderabad, Ranga Reddy, Warangal Urban, Medchal Malkajgiri, Karimnagar, Nirmal
White Zone has got 207 districts under it that includes Gwalior, Bareilly, Varanasi, Kanchipuram, Puducherry, Haridwar and Kalimpong.
Green Zone has got 353 districts that are not affected at all by Coronavirus.
