Srikanth has signed an upcoming movie which has been titled as Telangana Devudu and this is based on the life of Telangana Chief Minister (KCR) Kalvakuntla Chandrasekhar Rao. Recently during the media interaction Srikanth opened up about his political drama Telangana Devudu and said, “The film is all about K Chandrasekar Rao’s life, from his childhood to him becoming the Chief Minister of Telangana, and I play Kalvakuntla Chandrasekhar Rao. I have watched so many videos of Telangana CM and observed his body language. Actor Utej helped me with my Telangana accent.”
The sources have also confirmed the news that though Srikanth is playing the lead role but his character in the film isn’t called Kalvakuntla Chandrasekhar Rao. He will be seen playing the role of Vijay Dev and the audiences will be able to identify the aspects of Kalvakuntla Chandrasekhar Rao as well as other political leaders in Srikanth’s character.
