Aswathama Movie Review: Naga Shaurya and Mehreen Pirzada starrer thriller drama Aswathama, has finally hit the theaters today. Let’s see the story of Aswathama.
Story: Gana (Naga Shaurya) comes from the USA for attending his sister’s engagement but he gets a shock when he comes to know that she is pregnant. However, how she got pregnant is the mystery that he wants to chase. Gana chases the mystery and finds a clue for them. He finds a major clue when his girlfriend’s friend gets abducted. How Gana solves this mystery and takes his revenge forms the crux of the movie.

Performance: Naga Shaurya has given his energetic performance in Aswathaman. He is good in high octane action sequences and few emotional scenes. Mehreen Pirzada in the role of a girlfriend is ok. Jisshu Sengupta who appears in the second half steals the show with his performance. The makers kept him as a secret until the release of Aswathama. Jisshu Sengupta in the role of psychotic Pathologist does justice to his character. His acting skills are commendable. The dubbing voice for Jisshu Sengupta is apt. The rest of the cast of Aswathama justify their roles.
Technical: Aswathama has an interesting story. The Cinematography has a realistic texture to it. And it is very good. Music by Sricharan Pakala is also good. Background music makes an impact. Dialogues are written are an asset. Action sequences are well choreographed. Editing by Garry is fine. Production values are good. Coming on the work of director Ramana Teja, he did a decent job for a first time director. Ramana Teja plays to his strengths and gives a new avatar to Naga Shaurya. There are too many elevation scenes in the movie Aswathama. Though Naga Shaurya’s performance and story are a good few logics went on the toss.
Analysis: The plus points of the film Aswathama are the presence of Naga Shaurya and Jisshu Sengupta. On the flip side, the movie lacks the basic entertainment elements.

Karate Kalyani files Cyber Crime Complaint
Character artist Kalyani Padala, who is known by his stage name Kalyani Karate is not a new face for the Telugu movie lovers. According to the latest update, Karate Kalyani has approached the Hyderabad police cybercrime division (CCS) after she received obscene video clips to her phone. She approached CCS to complain against the people who allegedly sent spiteful text messages, shared objectionable images and morphing videos of her on the internet.
Karate Kalyani said that though she blocked the miscreants, they were sending the obscene videos to different mobile numbers to her. Kalyani also added that her morphed pics were uploaded on social media platforms. Now her normal life has been disrupted for the past few days due to the miscreants’ act.
The sources revealed that on Wednesday, Karate Kalyani lodged a police complaint against some unknown people for allegedly posting objectionable pics. She said in her complaint that she was being harassed online for the last few days. Karate Kalyani also alleged that some people were deliberately uploading derogatory video content against Hinduism on behalf of Christian communities on YouTube. Kalyani appealed to the police to take strict action against the cyber frauds.

Ram Charan interested to work with Saaho director
According to the latest buzz in the film industry, Mega Power Star Ram Charan is planning to work with Sujeeth for his next film. Sujeeth made his directorial debut with Run Raja Run and his last directorial venture was Prabhas and Shraddha Kapoor starrer action drama Saaho.
The sources say that Saaho director Sujeeth will no collaborate with Mega Power Star Ram Charan for his next project. On the other side, Ram Charan is currently busy shooting for SS Rajamouli’s RRR. He will reportedly start working on the film with Sujeeth soon after wrapping up the project RRR. Ram Charan is essaying Alluri Seetharamaraju whereas Jr NTR will be seen as Komaram Bheem in the film RRR, which is bankrolled by DVV Danayya. ప్రముఖ బాలీవుడ్ నటి వారం రోజుల క్రితం రోడ్డు ప్రమాదంలో గాయపడిన సంగతి తెలిసిందే. పుణె- ముంబై హైవేపై వేగంగా వెళుతున్న ఆమె కారు ముందున్న ట్రక్కును ఢీకొట్టింది. ఈ ప్రమాదంలో షాబానాకు, డ్రైవర్కు తీవ్ర గాయాలయ్యాయి. వెంటనే అక్కడి స్థానికులు వారిని హుటాహుటిన నవీ ముంబైలోని ఎంజీఎం హాస్పిటల్కు తరలించారు. ఆ తర్వాత మెరుగైన ట్రీట్మెంట్ కోసం కోకిలా బెన్ హాస్పిటల్కు తీసుకెళ్లారు. కొన్ని రోజుల పాటు షబానా ఐసీయూలో ఉన్నారు. ఎందరో సినీ ప్రముఖులు షబానాను పరామర్శించేందుకు హాస్పిటల్కు వెళ్లారు. Pawan Kalyan salary for Pink remake
Power star Pawan Kalyan has joined the sets of his upcoming film, which is a remake of Bollywood movie Pink in which Amitabh Bachchan and Taapsee Pannu played the lead role. Pawan Kalyan has reportedly allocated 26 days of his call sheets to his courtroom drama, the Pink remake. Pawan Kalyan wants to wrap up the entire shoot by the end of February at any cost. It is said that Pawan Kalyan will be charging a bomb of Rs 60 Crores which is over the top for the minimal dates he allocated. The sources revealed that Gabbar Singh stare will be getting Rs 50 Crores as direct remuneration and Rs 10 Crs after the business gets completed.
Pawan Kalyan who is reprising the role of Amitabh Bachchan from the original will make his screen presence in the role of a lawyer and will be seen with a thick beard in the movie. Pink remake if being bankrolled by Boney Kapoor in collaboration with Dil Raju under the banner Bayview Projects LLP in association with Sri Venkateswara Creations.
Pink is the story of three women, who are aided by a lawyer in a molestation case against three boys from influential backgrounds. Pink remake marks Pawan Kalyan’s return to the acting field after a hiatus of two years. PK was last seen in the Telugu film Agnyaathavaasi, which bombed at the box-office.

Prime media have acquired the overseas rights of Jaanu, which is a good deal for Dil Raju.

Taapsee Pannu talked about an incident when a man tried to touch her from the backside. Game over actress revealed, “ We used to go to the Gurudwara during Gurpurab and there used to be stalls next to it that served food to the people outside. It was a very crowded area where the people would always end up bumping into each other. I faced an awkward experience. I felt a man tries to touch my backside. When I realized that this has happened again, I grabbed his finger, twisted it and moved fast from that area. This was my instant reaction.”
On the work front, Taapsee Pannu will be next seen in an upcoming sport based movie Shabaash Mithu, the biopic of women’s cricket team captain Mithali Raj. The first look poster of Taapsee from this film has been out. She is seen sporting the blue Indian jersey and determined expression when on the pitch, as she gears up for her next shot.
Shabaash Mithu, which is helmed by Rahul Dholakia, will hit screens on 5th February 2021. She will also be seen in Anubhav Sinha’s Thapaad and Vinil Mathew’s thriller Haseen Dillruba.
