Rahul Gandhi and Chandrababu Naidu will campaign together as their parties are part of an alliance formed to take on the (Telangana’s caretaker chief minister) KCR-led Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS).
TDP spokesperson Lanka Dinakar said, “The public meetings and roadshows are going to create storm in ensuing elections in Telangana.”
Rahul Gandhi and Chandrababu Naidu Hyderabad Roadshow will be started at 5:20 pm from Satyam Theatre, at Ameerpet area and will culminate at 6:30 pm.
TJS president Kondandaram is also expected to participate in this road show and address the meetings along with Rahul Gandhi and Chandrababu Naidu.
Later AP CM Chandrababu Naidu will participate in another road show from 7 pm to 7:45 pm.
Telangana Legislative Assembly election is scheduled to be held in Telangana on 7th December to constitute the 2nd Legislative Assembly.
KCR’s party Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) is fighting in all seats, whereas Telugu Desam Party (TDP) has joined hands with Congress, CPI and Telangana Jana Samiti (TJS) to form a grand alliance ‘Mahakutami’ .
