Samantha Akkineni, the wife of Akkineni Nagarjuna has sent her birthday wishes to his Father-in-law Akkineni Nagarjuna today on the occasion of his birthday. Today morning Samantha took to her Twitter and wrote, “ The older my mavagaru gets the more fabulous he becomes @iamnagarjuna This year the fabulousness is off the charts . Happy birthday Mr.EverFantastic .
Akhil Akkineni also shared the pics of his father Nagarjuna from his upcoming film Devadas on his twitter and captioned it, “Talk about a father giving his sons a complex . HAPPY BIRTHDAY NANA. You continue to inspire me every year and I can only thank you for being the best father. Love you loads.”
Nagaruna, the son of Telugu legendary actor ANR, is an actor, film producer and businessman. He has received 9 state Nandi Awards, 3 Filmfare Awards South and a National Film Award-Special Mention. In 1996 Akkineni Nagarjuna produced Ninne Pelladata which has garnered the National Film Award for Best Feature Film in Telugu for that year.
Nagarjuna started his acting as a child artist with dialogues in the 1967 Telugu film Sudigundalu directed by Adurthi Subbarao. He appeared as a infant in movie “Velugu Needalu” appearing in the song “Challani Vennela” penned by Sri Sri. In both the movies, his father ANR (Akkineni Nageswara Rao) played the lead role. Currently Nagarjuna is working with Natural Star Nani for an upcoming comedy entertainer Devadas, which is being directed by Sriram Adittya. Nagarjuna will be seen playing a gangster whereas Nani is making his screen presence as a doctor.
Samantha and Nagarjuna have worked together for a movie Raju Gari Gadhi 2, which was decent hit at the box office.
Meanwhile Samantha Akkineni is waiting for the release of her upcoming film U Turn, which is arriving at the theaters on 13th September. Apart from U Turn, Samantha will also be seen in Seema Raja and Super Duplex.
Very Soon Samantha Akkineni will also be seen sharing the screen space with Naga Chaitanya in Shiva Nirvana’s project.
