Anil Ravipudi launches ‘Natakam’ first look

Director Anil Ravipudi has launched the first look of ‘Natakam.’ The film stars Ashish Gandhi and Ashima Nerwal in the lead roles while Kalyanji Gogana is directing the movie.

‘Natakam’ is shot on the backdrop of village and the shooting formalities have been wrapped up. The post-production works too have come to an end and so the makers are planning to release the movie in September.

Sai Kartheek is composing music for this film while Anji of ‘PSV Garuda Vega’ fame has handled the cinematography.

Produced by Sri Sai deep Chatla, Radhika srinivas, Praveen Gandhi and Uma Kuchipudi, ‘Natakam’ is being presented by Rizwan Entertainment banner.

RGV’s ‘Bhairava Geetha’ by Abhishek Pictures

Maverick director Ram Gopal Varma is presenting an intense love story titled ‘Bhairava Geetha.’ The first look of the film is revealed by RGV himself and the lead actors are seen in an emotional mood in the first look poster.

‘Bhairava Geetha’ features Dhananjaya and Irra in the lead roles while the film is being directed by Siddhartha Thatholu, a newcomer. This is RGV’s most expensive film in many years and has action and class struggle backdrop.

Impressed by the content of the film, noted producer Abhishek Nama has acquired the rights and is planning for a massive release under his Abhishek Pictures banner.

‘Bhairava Geetha’ is simultaneously made in Kannada and Telugu languages. The trailer of the film is scheduled for release on September 1st at 1 pm.

According to the latest update, the team of Ram Charan and Boyapati film is planning to fly European country Azerbaijan. RC 13 is the first Telugu movie, which is going to be shot in Azerbaijan.  The sources confirmed the news that the shoot schedule is going to take place for 30 days in Azerbaijan.

Azerbaijan was a well-known tourist spot in the 1980s. However, the fall of the Soviet Union, and the Nagorno-Karabakh War during the 1990s, damaged the tourist industry and the image of Azerbaijan as a tourist destination.

 According to the latest buzz, the first look poster of Ram Charan film will be out on 2nd September on the occasion of his uncle and Jana Sena President Pawan Kalyan’s birthday. It is known news that Chiranjeevi has decided to team up with Koratala Siva for his next project. Earlier it was heard that Megastar Chiranjeevi  will make his screen presence in dual avatar in Koratala Siva’s directorial venture but now his dual role romour has been busted. According to the latest update, Chiranjeevi will not play the dual role but he will be seen romancing with two actresses.  Koratala Siva is planning to bring Baahubali actress Tamannah Bhatia and curly hair girl Nithya Menen on the board to play the female leads. The talk has been initiated but nothing is yet finalized.

 Koratala Siva’s previous offering Bharat Ane Nenu with Superstar Mahesh Babu, was hit at the box office. Sampath Nandi has been promoting Paperboy from past few days and finally it has released today. Love is a sweet and beautiful emotion almost everybody connects to these stories very quickly. Thus in the silver screen, our directors portray various flavors of love. So did Paperboy story attract the audience? Let us see

Story:

Ravi (Santosh Sobhan) is a paper boy who falls for Dharani (Riya). As each day passes, both of them get closer the challenge of convincing the parents begins. The actually issue starts when their financial status becomes a problem for them to get United. What did Ravi do then? Against all the odds, did Ravi win his love? What happens in the end? Forms the story of the movie.

Analysis :

The expectations of the movie were set high as the trailer impressed not only the audience but also celebrities like Prabhas Mahesh.

Being his debut film, Santosh Sobhan has portrayed his acting skills pretty well. Riya Suman on the other hand looked elegant and gorgeous delivering a good performance.

Director Jayasankar, has executed the routine story well Sampath Nandi who has produced this movie. DOP Sounder Rajan, will bring some extra points for the film. The way he has captured the picturesque locations will grab everybodys attention. Bheems composed the tunes the songs have already become a super hit even before the movie release. Though the story of the movie Paperboy is routine predictable, it has received a refreshing treatment from the entire crew specially the director. Few comedy scenes seem very boring but Bithiri Sathis episodes have come out well. Santosh Sobhan is quite natural and shines in this impressive film. The movie has the necessary freshness but the dragged narration, is the major drawback. If that can be ignored, the movie is good for a one time watch.

When Samantha Akkineni was caught by Police

Samantha Akkineni is currently busy in the promotional activities of her upcoming bilingual movie U Turn, which is scheduled to hit the theaters on 13th September in Telugu and Tamil languages. Recently during the media interaction, as a part of promotional activities, Samantha Akkineni recollected her childhood memory and said one time, she was caught by the police on road when she was driving her scooty without license.

Samantha Akkineni said, “ When I was studying in 11th, my father brought a scooty for me . He gave strict warning to drive the scooty only  inside the streets of Pallavaram. So there was no need of driving license. But one day, without informing anyone I took my scooty and went near the airport. As I was driving the scooty without license, the police stopped me and asked for license and scooty’s documents. I requested them to leave me, so later they agreed.”

There is also a buzz in the film industry that once again Samantha is going to team up with Vijay for an upcoming project Thalapathy 63, which will be helmed by Atlee. When she was asked about it, Samantha refuted the rumour and confirmed the she has not been  approached for the film. Earlier Samantha and Vijay have worked together for Kaththi, Theri and Mersal.

 Samantha’s another movie Seema Raja, directed by Pornam, in which Sivakarthikeyan  is playing the lead role, is also arriving at the theaters on the same day i.e 13th September 2018. Samantha will be seen playing the role of a village belle whereas in woman centric movie U Turn, directed by Pawan Kumar, She is playing a journalist.

U-Turn is the remake of the Kannada hit movie starring Shraddha Srinath in the lead. The story documents a journalist who investigates a crime. Apart from Samantha Akkineni, the film  U Tunr also stars Rahul Ravindran and Aadhi Pinisetty in key roles.

Samantha selling vegetables on Chennai road

Samantha Akkineni, the wife of Naga Chaitanya and daughter-in-law of Akkineni Nagarjuna was spotted selling vegetables on the roads of Chennai recently. Don’t get shock, the beautiful and talented actress has turned vegetable seller in Chennai for a good cause. The money which Samantha earned from selling the vegetable, donated to Pratyusha Foundation for the help of needy children.

Samantha  has her own NGO Pratyusha Foundation, which provides the medical support for the children and women. Samantha Akkineni donates her earning  to support this foundation. Already her Pratyusha Foundation has helped hundreds of underprivileged children who have been suffering from physically challenging medical condition. Pratyusha Support organizes Blood camps, Support children’s to fulfill their desires, free Cardiac surgeries.

 Apart from being a star actress,  Samantha Akkineni is also known for her charity activities. Especially the way she founded ‘Pratyusha Support’ and helping children with dreaded diseases is praiseworthy. B Jaya passes away

B Jaya, one of the reputed lady director of South Indian Film Industry, passed away on Thursday at 9:20 pm on 30thAugust, 2018 due to cardiac arrest. She was 54. She was the wife of BA Raju, who is leading PRO of the Telugu Film Industry, producer and owner of the reputed Superhit Hit Magazine.

 B Jaya started her filmy career with ‘Chantigadu’  in 2003 as director, which  was hit at the box office  and successfully completed 100 days  in 25 centers. Her popular directorial ventures are  Premikulu, Gundamma Gaari Manavadu, Saval and Lovely.  Her last  offering was Vaishakam’ in which actor Harish and Avanthika Mishra  played the lead roles.

 B Jaya did MA English (Lit) in Chennai University and also she did diploma in Journalism from Chennai University. She completed her MA in Psychology in Annamalai University.

Her last rites will be performed at Panjagutta Cremation Ground at 11 am today.

B Jaya passes away

B Jaya, one of the reputed lady director of South Indian Film Industry, passed away on Thursday at 9:20 pm on 30thAugust, 2018 due to cardiac arrest. She was 54. She was the wife of BA Raju, who is leading PRO of the Telugu Film Industry, producer and owner of the reputed Superhit Hit Magazine.

 B Jaya started her filmy career with ‘Chantigadu’  in 2003 as director, which  was hit at the box office  and successfully completed 100 days  in 25 centers. Her popular directorial ventures are  Premikulu, Gundamma Gaari Manavadu, Saval and Lovely.  Her last  offering was Vaishakam’ in which actor Harish and Avanthika Mishra  played the lead roles.

 B Jaya did MA English (Lit) in Chennai University and also she did diploma in Journalism from Chennai University. She completed her MA in Psychology in Annamalai University.

Ram Charan bringing Tabu for Chiranjeevi

If ongoing buzz in media and film industry, is to be believed, Ram Charan, the producer of upcoming big budget and multilingual drama Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy is planning to bring Bollywood actress Tabu on the board to play  the key role in the film.  Megastar Chiranjeevi is essaying the role of freedom fighter.

The  Rani of Jhansi, Lakshmi Bai has a huge role in motivating Narasimha Reddy. It seems, to play the role of Queen of Jhansi, the makes are roping Tabu in Chiranjeevi starrer. The official confirmation is awaited regarding it. If everything will go accordingly, after Andarivadu, this will be their second collaboration. Tabu is well known face for Telugu audiences. Chiranjeevi starrer Sye Raa is directed by Surender Reddy and it has the music by Amit Trivedi. The shooting of the film is going on at a steady pace.  Tamannah Bhatia, Nayantara, Sundeep, Vijay Sethupathi and Jagapathy Babu are playing the important roles.  Bollywood Megastar  Amitabh Bachchan will be seen in a cameo in  this periodic drama Sye Raa which is being made on an estimated budget of Rs 200 Cr. The filmmakers have also assembled a solid technical crew, including cinematographer R Rathnavelu. Produced by Ram Charan, the film will be released in Telugu, and Tamil. Earlier the makers also planned to release the film in Hindi but as there is no taker of Sye Raa in Bollywood, the makers have dropped the idea.

Mahanati TRP Rating : Keerthy Suresh proves her Power

Mahanati TRP Rating has become the talk of Town. Mahanati, the biopic of South Indian legendary actress Savitri, which has already created several records at the box office, has now created on more record but this time on small screen. The film’s television premiere happened on Star Maa on 19th August  and now according to the latest update, Mahanati, the Savitri biopic,  has received a staggering TRP of 20.16 which is one the highest in the recent times.  Keerthy Suresh proved her power on small screen with Mahanati.
